The Home Secure Technical Department is an essential resource for both customers and staff. In the Technical Dept,
we aim to be responsive, customer focused, and dedicated to finding solutions for many of the situations that

Trade Counter
We are open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday & 8am to 12noon Saturday,
providing you with the opportunity to buy from us in person and browse through
our extensive range. If you require your goods urgently, you are more than welcome
to pre-order by phone or fax and we’ll have your goods ready when you arrive.
At our Trade Counter we can accept payment by cash, cheque, debit and credit
cards or you can charge the order to your Home Secure account. Our sales advisors are
on hand to help you with your enquiry. If you would prefer your goods to be
delivered, we offer a free of charge next day delivery service within Merseyside (subject to minimum order) To qualify for this service, please ensure your order
reaches the Trade Counter by 2pm the day before. |
